The rooftop restaurant offered fine views.

All in all everything was brand-new, had a great stay for a quick business trip. The staff was wonderful, outstandingly accommodating, no complains at all. The location was favourable, in the middle of jackson! Also, we could visit a large shopping center, it was 10 minutes' drive away.

The rooftop restaurant with stunning views was a highlight, but the room's noise level made it difficult to sleep well at night.

All of the staff members were wonderful and super. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson. Moreover, there was Salem Lutheran Church, located a short way from the hotel.

Noise levels make it really tough to find any peace!!! Charging $30 for valet parking feels excessive, especially when convenience is questionable.

Couple seeking luxury

The hotel was pretty and the lobby had a unique vibe with great decor. We got lucky with a room upgrade to a king suite with a beautiful bathroom that was like a spa.

It wasn't exactly cheap but acceptable for the experience we had.

The Glenmark offers a beautiful rooftop bar experience with fine views, but the single Peloton treadmill in the fitness center was a frustrating challenge . Really good customer service!

The Glenmark is beautiful, with a fine rooftop restaurant offering fantastic views. The decor throughout the hotel feels unique, especially the lobby area. I struggled with the noise levels. I could hear kids running around above me and conversations in the hallway. The rooms looked nice, but that noise made it hard to relax. The fitness center could use more than one treadmill. The one Peloton was often tied up, frustrating. I appreciated the cleanliness, but the cost of parking at $30 a night felt steep. I enjoyed the aesthetic and the rooftop experience but found it challenging to get a good night's sleep.

My stay surpassed expectations during a recent group visit. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight with its fine views and the modern decor throughout added to a cozy atmosphere. Our suite was like a luxury escape with a beautiful bathroom that had a spa-like vibe.

Beautiful hotel, cozy room, with a tv and excellent wi-fi, along with a fine rooftop restaurant that offers amazing views and a convenient location just a short drive from Hollywood Burbank Airport.

In our room, we enjoyed having climate control, a safe, and a multi-channel TV. It was conveniently located near the Aon Center and right in the heart of Jackson 😊.
